Amendments on Commercial Registration

Change Activity
In case a business company wants to change its business activities, it has to seek a change of activity in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism (MOICT). It is done by submitting a notarized copy of the new Memorandum of Association (MOA), a copy of the old CR, and the comprehensive list of the new business activities to the MOICT to make amendments in the CR. Change Company Address
In case a company wants to change its registered address, it has to seek a change of address at the MOICT. The step includes providing a notarized copy of the lease to the new address and a copy of the old CR to the MOICT to make amendments in the CR. It is supposed to take around two weeks.

When a company opens a new branch then it has to seek a change of branch with the MOICT.
